Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney is keeping it real for her fans.
The 38-year-old reality star shared an unedited photo of herself on Monday, that displayed the scar from her recent breast augmentation surgery, from a revealing shoot for Paper Magazine.
‘I had wanted the non photoshopped boob photo to be published but accidentally the scar from my boob lift was edited out,’ McSweeney wrote to her 545k Instagram followers.
She added: ‘Here it is in all its glory for the sake of transparency. Sorry for clogging your feed today!’

The stunning picture sees McSweeney wearing gold overalls that expose her right breast, which is partially covered with a matching gold nipple tassel.
The gold-themed shoot sees the Bravo personality with her hair scraped up in a high ponytail with a chunky gold Dior necklace around her neck.
In December last year, McSweeney told fans she had undergone breast surgery, as well as having had a nose job in September.

‘As I lay here for days recovering from my Xmas boob lift and augmentation… all I can wonder is how the f the kardashians find the time to recover from all their work,’ she said cheekily on Instagram at the time.
She added: ‘The other thing is…I can’t wait to show off the new and improved girls.’
Talking about her nose job in September, she wrote: ‘People are DMing me like crazy inquiring why I have black eyes and asking if I got a nose job, asking if I got beat up.’
‘I am not trying to hide anything from anybody. I got a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty. I could not be happier.’
