JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A spokesperson for the State Attorney’s Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit told News4JAX on Tuesday afternoon that the downtown Jacksonville office received a letter with a flaky substance inside.

The building was not evacuated, but the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department had streets around the building blocked. Those streets included Duval, Pearl and Julia.
