The adoptive parents of the boys, Classic and Cinsere Pettus, reported to police more than a year ago about they have gone missing from the backyard more than a year ago. Orson was born on November 6, 2017, and is currently 3 years old, whereas Orrin was born on April 8, 2016, and is 4 years old.

The City of California Government, the community, and the FBI have launched a large-scale search effort for brothers West, Orrin, 4, and Orson, 3. But they were never found.

The couple reported the boys were missing on December 21, 2020, from their home in California City, a remote location in the Mojave Desert nearly 100 miles north of Los Angeles.

During the first week of the investigation, Trezell told local media the kids were playing outside, and he was clearing firewood, and his wife was wrapping Christmas presents inside with their other children.

The children, born Classic Pettus and Cincere Pettus, were removed from their mother’s home by child protective services and adopted by the West family in September 2020. Three months later, they died.
